TRAIN YOUR TEAM FOR PRESSURE
Most teams know their job.
They just struggle when the spotlight hits - whether that’s in a room or on camera.
Break Build is designed to fix that.
Built from experience in the military, policing, and film, this training focuses on one thing - performance when it matters.
My training model focuses on two things - EXPOSURE and REPS.
We combine clear frameworks with pressure-tested reps so your team can speak with confidence, communicate clearly, and represent your business properly - on the floor or on camera.
BREAK resistance. BUILD connection.
Public speaking workshop
Does your team struggle to speak when it counts?
Meetings go quiet, presentations feel flat. Good ideas don’t land.
You can see great staff members shrink when they stand in front of a group.
This workshop puts them on their feet and under controlled pressure.
We work on:
-
getting a message across clearly
-
opening strong
-
handling nerves when eyes are on them
Then we run reps. Short, sharp, repeat.
Confidence isn’t taught. It’s built through exposure.
They walk out able to speak up, hold a room, and represent the business properly.
On - camera workshop
Every business is on social media now.
Which means your team is expected to be on camera - whether they like it or not.
That’s where it breaks, they freeze, overthink, avoid it,
or they show up and it feels stiff, awkward, forced.
So the content either doesn’t happen… or it doesn’t land.
This workshop fixes that properly.
We don’t just throw people in front of a camera and hope for the best. We break down why the nerves kick in, how the camera changes behaviour, and what’s actually happening in the moment for each person.
Then we go to work. Camera on. Reps, reps and more reps!
Multiple takes. Different tones. Real feedback.
Confidence on camera doesn’t come from tips - it comes from doing it, understanding it, and refining it.
By the end, your team has:
-
felt the pressure
-
worked through it
-
and built real confidence from reps, not theory alone
They don’t just “know what to do” - they’ve done it enough times to trust themselves on camera.
THE BREAK BUILD WORKSHOPS

About Tommy Archer
Former soldier. Police officer. Actor.
I've spent my life performing under pressure - from the frontlines of Afghanistan to the chaos of operational policing and the precision required on a film set. Through it all, I learned one truth: leadership and communication are not just about confidence - they're about connection
Break Build was born from that realisation. It’s the bridge between my worlds - tactical training, frontline leadership, and storytelling. Whether on the battlefield, in the briefing room, or on a film set, one truth always stands out: the person who can tell the story controls the energy in the room.
Through my work as a policing skills instructor, actor, and speaker, I’ve developed a system that helps people break through resistance - their own and their audience’s - and build genuine connection through story, presence, and purpose. This isn’t corporate theory. It’s lived experience - pressure-tested, refined, and delivered in a way that hits hard and lasts long after the workshop ends.
Because when you understand how to tell your story - with clarity, conviction, and control - you don’t just speak.
You lead.
